Mr. Sujeewa Mudalige
Mr Mudalige counts over 30 years of experience as a Chartered Accountant and recently retired as the Managing Partner of PwC, Sri Lanka.
He currently serves as a Non-Executive Chairman of Mercantile Services Provident Society (MSPS). He is also an Independent Non-Executive Director at National Development Bank PLC, Chemical Industries Colombo PLC and subsidiaries, NSBM Green University, Sherwood Capital Ltd and Mahindra Ideal Finance Ltd. He was appointed as a Commissioner of the Securities and Exchange Commission, Sri Lanka in March 2023. He is also a committee member of the Ceylon Chamber of Commerce.
Mr Mudalige has vast experience as an Audit Committee Chair in both public and private sector organizations. He is a past President of ICASL and has been a member of the Council of ICASL and of the governing board of CIMA UK, Sri Lanka Division and held several such other positions locally and globally during the span of his career.
Mr Mudalige was an Independent Non-Executive director of Hatton National Bank PLC from 2012 to 2019 and was a Chair and member of several of its board subcommittees during his tenure. He was also the Deputy Chairman of the Financial System Stability Consultative Committee of the CBSL and a member of the Advisory Committee to advise the National Economic Council and the Advisory Committee for Revival of Failed Licensed Finance Companies.
His qualifications are FCA (SL), FCMA (UK), FCCA ( UK) and FCPA (Australia).

Dr. Sajeeva Narangoda
Dr. Sajeeva Narangoda is currently the Executive Director of Ambeon Holdings PLC. In addition, Dr. Narangoda serves on the respective Boards of Eon Tec (Pvt) Ltd, Dankotuwa Porcelain PLC., Royal Fernwood Porcelain Limited, Taprobane Capital Plus (Pvt) Ltd, Colombo City Holdings PLC and Sherwood Capital (Pvt) Ltd as a non-Executive Director.
His illustrious career includes serving Colombo City Holdings PLC as its Executive Director/Chief Executive Officer, Dankotuwa Porcelain PLC as its Chief Executive Officer, Millennium IT ESP as Executive Director, Browns Hospitals Limited (currently known as Melsta Hospitals) as Director/Chief Executive Officer and Hemas Hospitals as the Chief Operating Officer.
He has also been serving the Australian Council on Healthcare Standards International (ACHSI) as an International Hospital Assessor since 2012 and as country representative for Sri Lanka since July 2019.
Dr. Narangoda holds a Bachelor of Dental Surgery degree from the University of Peradeniya, Sri Lanka and a Master of Science (Finance and Management) from Keele University UK. In addition, he is a Fellow Member of the Chartered Institute of Management Accountant (CIMA) UK, a Chartered Global Management Accountant (GGMA) UK and a Certified Practicing Accountant (CPA), Australia.

Mr. Savanth Sebastian
Mr. Savanth Sebastian has a wealth of experience in economics, financial services and investment management and currently also serves on the Boards of Directors of Nations Trust Bank PLC (6 years), Voguetex Pvt Ltd and ArpicoAtaraxia Asset Management.
Mr. Sebastian brings with him twenty-one years of industry experience, having carried out responsibilities for nine years as the Senior Economist within the Global Markets research team at Commonwealth Bank in Australia, advising Federal and State Governments, high net worth private and institutional clients, and internal stake holders – including Colonial First State and the Commonwealth Bank senior leadership team.
Prior to this, he spent four years working in and then managing the International trading desk for Commonwealth Securities – the stock broking division of Commonwealth Bank, Australia which transacted across 31 international markets. While in the role he was responsible for the facilitation of Strategic Trading Accounts – allowing CBA Treasury to manage risk and drive an alternative source of revenue.
He holds a Bachelor of Commerce in Actuarial Studies & Finance, is an Accredited Advisor of the Australian Stock Exchange, and a Master Practitioner of the Australian Stockbrokers and Financial Advisers Association.
Mr. Sebastian has published numerous research reports for institutional clients covering domestic and global macroeconomic policy and analysis of equity markets.

Mr. Samresh Kumar
Mr. Samresh Kumar is an accomplished business leader and private equity investor with extensive global experience in large-scale companies, investment funds, and high-growth ventures. He has overseen over 300 transactions, invested USD 2 billion, and raised USD 1.5 billion in capital. As the Founder, Chairman, and CEO of SkyX Solar in Vietnam, he led the company to become a leading rooftop solar power investor and operator in Vietnam, with VinaCapital and EDF Renewables, France as main shareholders.
Previously, as Managing Director at VinaCapital, he directed private equity activities from the balance sheet and developed long-term energy investment strategies. At Masan Group, he together transformed the company into a professionally managed conglomerate, increasing its value from USD 600 million to USD 3.5 billion within four years. He also played key roles at SUN Group and founded an investment bank in India. He started his career as a management consultant at Accenture. He has received multiple awards, including “Entrepreneur of the Year” in Vietnam’s solar sector and “Solar CEO of the Year.”
Samresh holds an MBA from IIM Calcutta and a B.Tech from IIT Delhi, with academic distinctions. He has lived and worked in Vietnam, Singapore, India, UK, USA, Russia, and the Middle East. An advocate of good corporate governance, he is one of the few certified independent directors in Vietnam. He is an active speaker at conferences and events, passionate about building businesses, playing sports, and helping the underprivileged.

Mr. Jacky Tsoi
Mr. Jacky Tsoi is the Managing Partner of Syndicate Capital, an international investment conglomerate that focuses on co-investments in mid-market companies alongside core and specialist sponsors, especially in the technology, financial services, green energy, education, healthcare, and industrial sectors.
A qualified accountant with over 20 years of diverse experience in the financial technology and financial services industries, Mr. Tsoi has a proven track record of driving strategic initiatives, leading high-performing teams, and delivering innovative solutions that improve operational efficiency and enhance customer experience. He is adept at navigating complex regulatory environments, managing risk, and leveraging emerging technologies to achieve business objectives.
Mr. Tsoi, currently a Director of Oriental City Group, focuses on card acceptance/payment services for UPI in Thailand, where he drives growth and delivers results in competitive markets. He oversees industry research, future direction, customer adoption, go-to-market strategies, and content-driven marketing. Additionally, he serves as the Convener of the Wealth Tech Group of Practice Committee at the Institute of Financial Technologists Asia and is a committee member of the Institute of ESG and Benchmark. A recognized speaker, Mr. Tsoi has participated as a panelist at the United Nations Economic & Social Commission for Asia and the Pacific on financial inclusivity and MSMEs’ access to finance through technology and innovation
Mr. Tsoi graduated from the University of Manchester and is a Qualified Accountant and Certified Management Accountant from Australia.

Mr. Ruwan Sugathadasa
Mr. Ruwan Sugathadasa is a seasoned Financial Services professional with a distinguished career spanning over two decades in the capital markets. His extensive expertise lies in the Government and Corporate Debt Market, where he has made significant contributions through his work with prominent financial institutions such as First Capital Ltd and Taprobane Capital Plus.
In his role at these firms, Mr. Sugathadasa has demonstrated an exceptional ability to navigate the complexities of the debt markets, providing strategic insights and fostering growth. His deep understanding of market dynamics and regulatory frameworks has been instrumental in delivering value to clients and stakeholders alike.
One of the pivotal moments in Mr. Sugathadasa’s career was his involvement with Browns Investments PLC as a founder Director. In this capacity, he played a crucial role in shaping the company’s strategic direction and was actively involved in the early acquisitions that laid the foundation for the group’s expansive growth.
Furthermore, Mr. Sugathadasa’s leadership capabilities were also evident during his tenure as a Director at Ambeon Holding PLC and its subsidiaries from 2013 to 2021. During this period, he oversaw various strategic initiatives and contributed to the conglomerate’s diverse portfolio, ensuring robust performance and sustainable growth across different sectors.
Mr. Sugathadasa holds a Master of Business Administration (MBA) from the University of Preston, USA.

Mr. Duminda Weerasekare
With over three decades of expansive knowledge and skill experience, Duminda Weerasekare holds the distinction of being a Fellow of both the Institute of Chartered Accountants of Sri Lanka and the Chartered Institute of Management Accountants of the UK.
He has served in directorial, CEO, and COO positions at several leading corporate institutions. His work experience spans negotiating and sourcing funding from international funding organizations and agencies, pioneering new funding sources in the country, and being commissioned by international agencies to develop strategic plans for development across various financial sectors.
He is also a recipient of a Fellowship from the Netherlands Development Bank.
